The annual Kalpanirjhar International Short Fiction Film Festival, launched in 2003, showcases short fiction films from across the world, with a maximum running time of 30 minutes. An average of 90 fiction titles, including animations, are shown every year. The programme occasionally features masterclasses and workshops. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Organised by Kalpanirjhar Foundation<\/a> in collaboration with the Goethe-Institut \/ Max Mueller Bhavan Kolkata, the festival has a competition section; awards are given out for the two best Indian films. The 20th edition of the\u00a0Kalpanirjhar International Short Fiction Film Festival was held between 07 and 10 December 2022.
