The International Festival of Contemporary Expressions (INTERFACE) is a unique international arts festival in Eastern India, dedicated to showcasing contemporary dance experiments from around the globe. Established in 2002 by Sapphire Creations Dance Company<\/a> to commemorate its 10th anniversary, the festival celebrates the transformative power of the arts, exploring movement and the intersection of creative forms. Over the years, INTERFACE has featured artists from countries including the USA, Malaysia, and India.<\/p>\n

The upcoming edition, INTERFACE Ed X, marks a significant milestone as Eastern India’s first international dance biennial. Scheduled to launch in Kolkata from 10 to 12 December, 2024, this edition will span over 10 venues across India, running from December 2024 to August 2025.<\/p>\n
