By Air:<\/strong> Thrissur does not have its own airport, but the nearest airport to this place is the Cochin Airport which is approximately 55 km away from the city. Located in Cochin, the airport connects the city with different parts of the country, such as Delhi, Mumbai, Trivandrum, Chennai, Hyderabad, Calicut, Goa, and Mangalore as well. Besides this airport, people can also reach another airport which is at Kozhikode, around 80 kilometres from Trichur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. By Rail: <\/strong>Trichur railway station is well connected with all the major cities of India as well as every part of the state of Kerala. There are good numbers of trains for these places from different parts of India.
