The reFrame Institute of Art and Expression was set up in 2020 with a vision to produce, mentor and disseminate artistic efforts that respond to the challenges of our times. The organisation’s<\/a> annual mentored fellowship programme titled “genDeralities” has already supported the creation of 21 works of art by individuals and collectives. Besides promoting the use of art to contemplate issues and concerns centred around the lives of women, transgender and queer folks in India today, the reFrame Institute of Art and Expression also initiates periodic discursive engagements called “SmallTalk”. G-Fest is the first in-person festival of reFrame’s works since the pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
