The Sanket Trust is a non-profit established in 1992 by a group of theatre lovers led by actress Arundathi Nag to fulfil her husband, actor Shankar Nag’s dream of giving Bengaluru an affordable venue for both theatre enthusiasts and practitioners. The trust oversees the activities of the space, Ranga Shankara, which, since its launch in 2004, has consistently showcased performances from India and abroad, produced and commissioned new and innovative productions and run outreach programmes and workshops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
