Nesco, formerly known as the New Standard Engineering Company, is a conglomerate with businesses across engineering, real estate, hospitality, MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions) and events. Among the events it stages is the annual folk-fusion music festival Paddy Fields, which is held at its headquarters in Goregaon, Mumbai. During the festival, Nesco Foods sets up food stalls that serve dishes specific to the regions to which the music being performed belongs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
