This set of guidelines laid down by FSSAI covers the entire gamut of safety measures to be undertaken by those organising food festivals or including food in their events: general guidelines, food safety and hygiene, regulatory requirements, workplace hygiene, water, food preparation, handling and storage, personnel facilities, food waste and disposal.
