Assistant Manager – Provenance

The Assistant Manager – Provenance role involves drafting and vetting provenance aspects of DAG’s collection, researching technical and subjective elements, and producing post-sale documents like Authenticity and Provenance certificates. It includes liaising with art advisory teams, researching artists’ biographies, techniques, auction sales, and publication history, coordinating information across galleries, managing external artwork evaluations, and ensuring smooth communication with departments and the CEO’s office for provenance documentation and approvals.

Senior Executive – Provenance

The Department of Collections, Management and Research at DAG is seeking a full-time Senior Executive – Provenance. This role requires a methodical and logical approach to object documentation and research, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across various projects. The ideal candidate will have prior research experience and a postgraduate degree in fine arts, art history, art aesthetics, or a related field.

CMR Executive – Vetting

The CMR Executive – Vetting at DAG is responsible for maintaining high standards of accuracy and detail in all documentation processes. This role requires a methodical and logical approach to vetting data, conducting independent research, and coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting organisational targets.
