The 9th edition of Delhi Contemporary Art Week (DCAW) brings together six leading Delhi-based galleries to spotlight contemporary artistic practices from India and South Asia. Taking place at Bikaner House, New Delhi, from 31 August to 5 September 2026, the week creates a space for dialogue across artists, practices, perspectives and geographies, with a focus on six women-led galleries.
This edition explores themes of climate and ecology, place and belonging, memory and identity, materiality and lived experience through presentations by Blueprint12, Exhibit 320, Gallery Espace, Latitude 28, Shrine Empire and Vadehra Art Gallery.
Alongside the gallery presentations, DCAW 2026 features two curatorial exhibitions: Bye-Bye Monsoon, curated by Adwait Singh, which examines extreme weather and changing monsoonal patterns, and This Animate Earth, curated by Annalisa Mansukhani, which explores the botanical world through ideas of memory, knowledge, care, land, caste, empire and extraction.
