Taglined “India’s greenest music festival”, Echoes of Earth is a multi-genre event that celebrates the environment. Launched in 2016, it features stages and installations made from recycled and up-cycled materials. No plastic or flex materials are used and a sapling is planted for every ticket sold.
Around 150 artists have performed across the festival’s four editions so far. The headliners have included international and Indian electronic acts such as Arjun Vagale, FKJ, Kohra and Mathame. Among the activities and attractions are the solar-powered Big Tree stage, a flea market selling organic and sustainable products, and music and wellness workshops.
Over the years, Echoes of Earth has won several live event industry awards including the 2019 EEMAX Global Award for Best Stage And Environmental Design and the 2020 WOW Asia Award for Festival of the Year - Art/Culture/Lifestyle. The festival, which was on hiatus in 2020 and 2021 owing to the pandemic, returned on December 2022 and featured over 40 artists.
In 2023, Echoes of Earth toured for the first time ever to the metropolises of Delhi and Mumbai along with Bengaluru. The British nu jazz band The Cinematic Orchestra performed as part of Echoes of Earth's three-city performance tour in India. The tour's first leg started in Bengaluru on 14 April at Jayamahal Palace, moved to Mumbai on 15 April at Mehboob Studios and ended in Delhi on 16 April at 1AQ.
It's regular December Edition will be held at Embassy International Riding School, Bengaluru, and they have just announced a Goa edition!

How to Reach Bengaluru
1. By Air: You can reach Bengaluru via air at Bengaluru International Airport, which is located at a distance of 40 km from the city.

2. By Rail: Bengaluru Railway Station is located in the heart of the city. Various trains from all over India come to Bengaluru, including the Mysore Express from Chennai, Karnataka Express from New Delhi and Udyan Express from Mumbai, which cover many major cities in between.
3. By Road: Bengaluru is connected to various other cities via major national highways. Buses from neighbouring states run on a regular basis to Bengaluru, and Bengaluru Bus Stand also runs various buses to major cities in south India.

How to Reach Delhi
1. By Air: Delhi is well connected by domestic and international flights to all the major cities within and outside India. Almost all the major airlines have their flights operating from Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi. The Domestic Airport connects Delhi to the major cities in India.

2. By Rail: The railway network connects Delhi to all major and nearly all the minor destinations in India. The three important railway stations of Delhi are New Delhi Railway Station, Old Delhi Railway Station and Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station.
3. By Road: Delhi is well connected by a network of roads and national highways with all the major cities in India. The three major bus stands in Delhi are Inter State Bus Terminus (ISBT) at Kashmiri Gate, Sarai Kale Khan Bus Terminus and Anand Vihar Bus Terminus. Both government and private transport providers run frequent bus services. One can also hire government-run as well as private taxis here.

How to Reach Mumbai
1. By Air: Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, formerly known as Sahar International Airport, is the primary international airport serving the Mumbai metropolitan area. It is situated about 30 km from the main Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST) train station. Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji has two terminals. Terminal 1, or the domestic terminal, was the old airport referred to as Santa Cruz Airport, and some locals still use this name. Terminal 2, or the international terminal, replaced the old terminal 2, formerly known as Sahar Airport. The Santa Cruz Domestic Airport is about 4.5 km from the international airport. There are regular direct flights to Mumbai from most major cities in India and across the world. Buses and cabs are easily available from the airport to reach desired destinations.

2. By Rail: Mumbai is very well connected to rest of India by train. The Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus is the most popular station in Mumbai. Trains to Mumbai are available from all major railway stations in India. Some important Mumbai trains of note are the Mumbai Rajdhani, Mumbai Duronto, and Konkan Kanya Express.
3. By Road: Mumbai is well-connected with national highways and expressways. Visiting by bus is economical for individual tourists. Government-run and private buses operate daily services. Travelling to Mumbai by car is a common choice made by travellers, and hailing a cab or hiring a private car is an efficient way of exploring the city.

1. If you are travelling to Mumbai, Delhi or Bengaluru during summer, carry light cotton clothes. During winter, carry loose cotton clothes for Mumbai, lightweight jackets for Bengaluru and warm clothes for Delhi.
2. A sturdy water bottle.
3. Comfortable footwear. Sneakers (perfect option if it’s not likely to rain) or boots (but make sure they are worn in). You need to keep those feet tappin’ and heads bangin’. On that note, carry a bandana or a scrunchie to avoid tressy accidents with your fellow festival goers.
4. COVID packs: Hand sanitiser, extra masks and a copy of your vaccination certificate are things you should keep handy.
