The first in it's format , the Ootpataang Festival is a one-day celebration of all ajeeb, absurd and nonsensical short film screenings, live performances, and interactive workshops. A film & art festival held in New Delhi, the festival presents a curated programme of short film screenings, live performances, and interactive workshops.
The line-up brings together independent filmmakers and artists working with experimental, absurd, and non-linear forms. Screenings focus on short films that challenge conventional ideas of narrative and aesthetics, while the live programme includes performance-led acts and participatory sessions that encourage audience interaction.
Designed as a single-day, in-person gathering, Ootpataang Festival centres on community-building among artists and audiences interested in alternative and unconventional creative practices. Through its format, it creates space for emerging voices and diverse approaches across film and live art.

How to Reach Delhi
