How to reach Thane
By Air: The nearest airport to Thane is Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (Mumbai), located about 25 km away. The airport is well connected to major Indian cities like Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, and Hyderabad, as well as international destinations. From the airport, taxis, app-based cabs, and buses are easily available to reach Thane conveniently.
By Rail: Thane is one of the most important railway junctions on the Central and Trans-Harbour lines of the Mumbai suburban network. It also serves as a stop for several long-distance trains connecting Mumbai to other parts of India. Regular local trains from Mumbai CST, Dadar, and Kalyan make Thane easily accessible for daily commuters and visitors alike.
By Road: Thane is well connected by a network of highways and roads to Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune, and Nashik.
