Humans of Volunteering (HOV) is a volunteer-led platform working to strengthen the culture of volunteering through Stories, Spaces, and Systems. Through Stories, we document and amplify real volunteer journeys, building narrative power around everyday citizens doing good. Through Spaces, we create platforms like VolFest-India's Volunteering Festival that bring together nonprofits, corporates, and citizens to experience and explore volunteering. Through Systems, we design practical frameworks such as Be Volunteer Strong, helping nonprofits strengthen volunteer experience, management practices, and long-term impact.
