The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), with funding from the Kingdom of Norway, is inviting applications from governments and public institutions of UNESCO Member States, as well as civil society organizations for the implementation of its UNESCO-Aschberg programme for artists and cultural professionals. The call for projects are open to governments and public institutions (technical assistance) and civil society organisations (financial assistance). The completed forms must be submitted via email to [email protected].

Kolkata Centre for Creativity is inviting applications from young and mid-career practitioners of visual arts, dance, music and theatre, for its art fellowship 2023-2024 cycle. Candidates are eligible if they are born after 01 January, 1983 and before 01 January, 1988 (25-40 years of age). Candidates must have a minimum of five years of practice in their respective fields. The fellowship is open to Indian, Bangladeshi and Nepali nationals only.

The Chennai Photo Biennale Foundation (CPB) is inviting entries from photographers, photojournalists and documentary photographers for the third edition of the CPB Photo Awards. This year, CPB is introducing the Emami Award for regional photographers from Tier II and Tier III cities. All the roles are in-office positions. CPB is also offering two fellowships of six months each, film photography fellowship and an alternative photography fellowship.
