About Nada Yoga School

The Nada Yoga School, established in 1950 by D. R. Parvatikar Maharaj, is a boutique yoga centre that intertwines classical hatha yoga teaching with the knowledge of nada yoga. It offers a variety of 200-hour teaching programmes that weave an intensive study of yoga asanas, pranayama, chakra systems, Ayurvedic medicine, meditation techniques and mantras.
